Scott Silk grew up in rural western Pennsylvania where he developed his love of animals, nature and gardening. After earning a degree in English and Religious Studies with a minor in Women’s Studies, he moved to Pittsburgh to attend law school. He is now barred in in Pennsylvania and New York, and he currently works as a temporary discovery attorney. In his spare time, he enjoys urban gardening, vegan baking, narrating short stories for LibriVox, editing the horror fiction podcast Tales to Terrify and writing short stories and essays about his varied interests. He currently resides in Brooklyn with his boyfriend, two cats and a collection of houseplants.
